1. No Server-Side Data Collection

Our App operates as a local utility. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data, notes, images, or audio files on external servers. All content you create or import remains entirely under your exclusive control on your physical device.

2. Explanation of Permissions & Features

Based on the App's configuration, here is exactly how your data and device features are used:

• Voice Notes (RECORD_AUDIO): The App accesses your device's microphone strictly when you choose to record voice notes. These audio recordings are processed and stored entirely on your local device storage.

• Inserting Images (Gallery Access): The App allows you to insert images from your device's photo gallery into your notes. These images are loaded locally within the app and are never uploaded to any external server.

• Local Backups: The App allows you to export and save backups of your notes directly to your device's internal phone storage. These backup files are fully managed by you.

• Sharing Notes: When you choose to share a note, image, or exported file, the App uses a secure Android FileProvider to temporarily share that specific file with the target application you select (such as an email client or messaging app).

• Reminders and Alarms (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): These permissions are used solely to trigger local note reminders on your device and reschedule them if your phone reboots. No network data is utilized for this.

• Haptic Feedback (VIBRATE): Used strictly for tactile feedback during app interactions.

3. No Advertisements

The App is 100% ad-free. We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, tracking networks, or behavioral analytics software.

4. Data Security & Cloud Backups

Because your privacy is our priority, the App explicitly disables standard Android automatic cloud backups (android:allowBackup="false"). Your app data will not automatically sync to Google Drive cloud backups, ensuring your notes stay strictly on your physical phone storage unless you manually choose to export or share them.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not connect to external third-party cloud services. Any sharing of data with a third-party app (e.g., sending a note via WhatsApp or Gmail) is entirely initiated and controlled by you using the standard Android system share sheet.

6. Children’s Privacy

Because we do not collect, capture, or transmit any user data or personal information whatsoever, this App is completely safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13.
